How to Order

Order and Inquiry Instructions

For Class Rings:

Find a Guys Ring and/or Girls Ring style you like.
From either the Guys Rings or Girls Rings page select the appropriate link under "ArtCarved Links". These links will take you to the ArtCarved Web site.
On the ArtCarved Web site, choose your ring and go through the "Build Your Ring" steps.
At the end of the "Build Your Ring" steps you will have an option to "view and/or print your Order Form", click the Order Form link.
Review the order and print a copy for your records.
To place your order we need a copy of this order form, there are three ways:
1. From the ArtCarved Order Form page, copy the Address shown in the address bar of your browser and paste it in to the appropriate field below. Complete the form below and click Submit.
2. Fax the order form to 801-732-0167
3. Mail a copy of the order form to:

Your order will be reviewed and sent back to you with any questions or changes and the final price and recommended method of payment.

For other jewelry needs:
(Gold or platinum jewelry, diamonds, colored stones, jewelry and watch repair, etc.)
e-mail a list of your needs or requirements and we will reply with suggestions for sites to search or provide other needed information to fulfill your needs.
